Parties and scope
The provider of Makaytron is Mustafa Akay LLC (referred to here as “Makaytron”). The other party is the person who creates or uses an account, or the business they are authorized to represent.
These terms cover account creation, workspace use and Makaytron tools. Marketplace and payment provider services are also subject to those providers' own terms.
Accounts, authority and teams
Provide accurate and current registration details. If you open an account or act for a business, you must be authorized to represent it. Protect your sign-in credentials and report suspected unauthorized use to support.
Workspace owners manage invited members' access and permissions. Members may act only within assigned authority and spending limits. Do not transfer account or integration access to unauthorized persons.
The service
Makaytron provides research, design, content, workspace and publication preparation tools for Etsy and print-on-demand sellers. Availability of a feature may depend on the selected plan, technical eligibility, connection permissions and third-party services.
Makaytron does not guarantee that a product or listing will be approved, published, ranked or sold on a marketplace. Review generated text, images and settings for accuracy, rights and marketplace compliance before use.
Content and intellectual property
These terms do not transfer ownership of content you upload or create to Makaytron. You grant Makaytron a limited right to process it to provide the service, perform actions you choose, and handle security or support requests.
You are responsible for having the necessary rights to brands, images, text and other materials you use and for avoiding infringement of third-party rights. Rights in Makaytron software, interface and brand remain reserved.
Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully and in line with others' rights and the rules of connected providers. Security bypass, unauthorized collection, spam, deceptive publication, harmful content and unreasonable load on the service are prohibited.
Do not initiate an action through Makaytron if you are not authorized to perform it. A technical feature does not replace permission from a marketplace or another person.
Etsy and other third parties
An Etsy connection operates only within the permissions you grant for your account. You select and authorize actions involving your Etsy account, listings and other data. Etsy's API, rate limits, policies and access decisions are outside Makaytron's control; you can revoke a connection with the provider.
This application is developed and provided solely by Mustafa Akay LLC. Etsy, Inc. and its affiliates are not its developer or service provider and make no warranty about the Makaytron application or data accessed through it.
Plans and credits
Free and paid feature limits appear on the relevant plan page. Credits are service units used within a workspace, not money or a transferable payment instrument. Invited members' use can affect the workspace balance.
Before a paid transaction, the selected plan, price, taxes, payment period, any renewal and transaction terms are presented at checkout. Stripe processes payments; credit allocation depends on confirmed payment and applicable plan terms.
Refunds, withdrawal, chargebacks and failed operations
Refunds, chargebacks and failed-operation requests are reviewed under the applicable payment and credit-use terms and applicable law. These terms do not waive or limit statutory withdrawal or refund rights.
Review the applicable pre-purchase information and transaction terms before buying. To dispute a payment or credit movement, or request cancellation or a refund, contact support with your account email and relevant transaction details. Do not send a full card number or security code.
Personal data and optional measurement
The Privacy Notice explains personal-data processing; the Cookie Policy explains cookies and similar technologies. They are information documents separate from acceptance of this agreement.
Optional Analytics and Ads preferences are separate from account and payment terms. Declining or withdrawing them does not prevent use of your basic account.
Availability and liability boundaries
Reasonable care is taken to protect and maintain the service. Maintenance, failures, connectivity interruptions and third-party changes may temporarily affect features. Check important results and retain any necessary backups.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Makaytron does not guarantee uninterrupted third-party services or a particular business result. Mandatory consumer and other statutory rights remain unaffected.
Access restrictions and account closure
Access may be temporarily restricted to a necessary and proportionate extent for security risk, unauthorized use, a payment dispute or a serious breach of these terms. Where appropriate, the reason and a way to challenge the decision are communicated.
Contact support to request account closure or exercise data rights. Closure does not automatically remove obligations relating to completed payments, legal retention or ongoing disputes; personal-data processing is governed by the Privacy Notice.
Changes and disputes
If these terms change, the new version and effective date are published. Material changes to rights or obligations are communicated by an appropriate method, and fresh express acceptance is requested where law requires. Earlier acceptance records are not retroactively changed.
You can first contact support to seek a resolution. Mandatory consumer remedies and competent authorities remain available and are not restricted by these terms.
